SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

$500 - Community Supporter

Sponsorship of one (1) program of your choice.
Recognition/Mention on promotional materials (flyers, emails, newsletter, social media).
Name/logo displayed during the selected program as a valued supporter.

$1,000 - Empowerment Partner

Includes everything from Community Supporter, plus:

Sponsorship of five (5) programs of your choice. If fewer than five programs remain to sponsor this year, your sponsorship will roll over into the next calendar year.
Verbal acknowledgment during opening and closing remarks at sponsored programs.

$1,500 - Legacy Builder

Includes everything from Empowerment Partner, plus:

Sponsorship of six or more (6+) programs from July to December (or your preferred start month). If fewer than six programs remain this year, your sponsorship will roll over into the next calendar year.
Premier name/logo placement on marketing materials for all programs.
Opportunity to share promotional materials with attendees.

Note: The opportunity to share promotional materials is limited to submitting gift bag items for ABEP to distribute at future events while operating as a vendor. This does not include verbal promotion of your brand or product. In most cases, distribution will be digital and must be pre-approved by ABEP.

$1,800 - Visionary Sponsor

Includes everything from Legacy Builder, plus:

Expanded market reach: Opportunity to include a 15 second video during all 2025 programs.
Note: No product or service promotions permitted.
Digital visibility: Name/brand/logo featured on the ABEP website for 10 months (or until the end of 2025).
Enhanced exposure: Highlighted branding in all social media and print marketing.
Brand acknowledgment in one (1) 2025 press releases and annual reports.
